Welcome to the Women of the Towing & Recovery Association of America!!

The Women of the Towing & Recovery Association of America was established in 1981 as an affiliate of the Towing & Recovery Association of America (TRAA).  Its goals are to provide financial aid to the TRAA, support women in the towing industry and grant scholarships to children of towing professionals to further their education.

Important Notices & News:

All members and guests are invited to attend our Fall Board Meeting in September in Chattanooga, TN.  It is held in conjunction with the ITRHFM activities and the Tennessee Tow Show the weekend of September 19th.  The WTRAA Fall Meeting will be on Thursday September 18, 2014 from 2-4pm at the Convention Center.  A meeting room TBD yet.  Make your plans now to attend!!

WTRAA is excited to announce that this Fall we will be presenting a display at the ITRHFM called “Women in Towing”.  This area in the museum will be dedicated to preserving the history of all women in the towing industry.  We will update you with a date and time of the unveil which will take place the weekend of the meetings and tow show.  It would be great to have a good show of women at the museum for this historic occasion!!  We are also looking for items to be donated or loaned.  If you have any memorabilia that you wish to submit, you can contact Cheryl at the museum or any WTRAA board member or use the contact us page!
