The Women of the Towing and Recovery Association of America
was established in 1981 as a subsidiary organization of the
Towing and Recovery Association of America, Inc.® (TRAA).
Our goals are to provide financial aid to the TRAA,
support women in the towing industry and assist
TRAA Education Foundation, Inc. Scholarship Program
which provides grant scholarships to children of
Towing Professionals to further their education.

Greetings to all our ladies in the Tow World.
We wanted to reach out and catch you up on great happenings and upcoming events. We hope you can join us
and share in the special times. You are a valuable part of this industry and our continued success!
WTRAA fall meeting at the Ohio Midwest Regional Tow Show in Mason, Ohio, September 24-26, 2026.
Our WTRAA meeting will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 26th at Great Wolf Lodge, Mason, Ohio.

Then continue the fellowship by sharing lunch with the Women of the Ohio Towing Association!
These ladies' luncheons are legendary and well known for good food, fun, and fellowship!

The Tennessee Tow Show is at the Chattanooga Convention Center October 15-17, 2026.
Events will also be held at the Towing Museum throughout the entire weekend.

to assist in reviewing applications for education funding.
We are very proud to be a part of supporting the committee's efforts
in awarding the 2026 scholarship recipients listed below.
2026 TRAA EDUCATION FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM RECIPIENT ANNOUNCEMENT
Washington, DC – The TRAA Education Foundation, Inc.® is proud to provide annual scholarship aid
to students furthering their education through its Scholarship Fund.
Since 1990, the TRAA Education Foundation has awarded thousands of dollars in scholarships to the children
and grandchildren of TRAA regular members to assist them in completing their postsecondary education.
Scholarships are awarded to students each year based on merit and the candidate's overall character,
community involvement, family service, etc.
The Scholarship Committee was pleased to award
$31,500
in scholarships in 2026!
The 2026 Scholarship Recipients Are:
